Hi everyone,

I hope you are all staying well! I offer you here a 30 minute yoga class for those times when you need to move and you need to calm down too! It's not always the right moment for lying still and resting, so if you have energy to burn and still crave that centred peace that yoga brings - this one's for you.

We move through a dynamic sequence using the breathing ratio 1:2, which means your exhale is twice as long as your inhale. It's the magic ratio for triggering the physiological responses that bring about a state of calm and initiate a greater sense of wellbeing 🙏
