"Don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years!" That's the only song I can think of as I talk about my history/journey related to everything back pain! For those listening not of my generation, it was a fire opening lyric to "Momma said Knock you out" by the great LL Cool J. He was/is dope by the way. Both parts of the lyrics speak exactly to what I have been through and continue to go through.

  • Don't call it a comeback- speaks to where I am now.
  • I've been here for years- speaks to the spine issues I put to bed 10 years ago.

In this episode I take you through ages 22-42, 20 years to be exact! It has been a long journey of:

  • Lumbar spine issues, ages 22-30
  • Feeling like a king from Crossfit and exercise, ages 30-42
  • Knocked back down to earth, but not for long!!! NOW!

By learning more about my body through PT and accupuncture, finally at 42 I am learning that I have never known how to "completely" recruit the right muscles for the right job! How could that even happen?

Hope you enjoy, and maybe learn a few things about the spine, lifting and how to use the right muscles to get the job done!
