Do you struggle to stick with your healthy eating habits due to emotional and/or stress eating? Do you wish you had a magic wand to eliminate emotional eating?

Would you like to learn about some easy ways to cope with overwhelming feelings, emotions, stress, and even trauma? In this episode, my special guest psychotherapist and hypnotist, Randy Webb, will teach you 3 easy techniques to quickly calm and soothe yourself instead of turning to food. Techniques: 1. Safe/calm/magical place: a technique developed by trauma therapist and innovator Francine Shapiro that helps you to be present with all your senses and then tapping yourself to strengthen your affirmations and gifts. 3. Emotional Freedom Technique: a method probably derived most from the first evidence-based energy therapy called Thought-Field Therapy by psychologist Roger Callahan which involves tapping at various points or energy centers or meridians in the body while making affirmations.
