Today we are joined by Richie Kirwan, a Ph.D. Researcher focusing on the areas of Diet, Exercise, Sarcopenia & Heart Disease.

He’s also an active online coach and owner of Be More Nutrition, with the ultimate goal of helping his clients to Be More for the rest of their lives.

Richie is a strong believer in making healthy food delicious for his clients, allowing them to enjoy every bite, avoiding the overly restrictive diets rife within the industry.

And as if Ph.D. research and coaching weren’t enough, he runs an awesome evidence-based podcast, The Health Scientist, which includes regular interviews with amazing guests spanning from researchers, doctors, and fellow coaches.
