Bronson Dant is a Level 3 CrossFit Certified Trainer, a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, Level 1 Certified in the Functional Movement Screen, USA Powerlifting Coach (USAPL), USA Weightlifting Coach (USAW), Kettlebell Trainer (CF), and Ketogenic and Carnivore Nutrition (NN), among others
He has been coaching and training people in health and fitness for almost 10 years.
He started CrossFit around his 40th birthday and quickly fell in love with the variety, community, coaching, and results. Bronson spent several years in the US Army as a senior physical fitness instructor and has designed specific methods to use both nutrition and fitness to radically improve the lives of hundreds of people all over the world, thanks to his passion for learning and improving his craft.
Bronson is the author of several books, including The Ultimate Ketogenic Fitness Book: The complete quide to optimizing Keto for a better quality of life, and his most recent book Body Confident: Unlock the secret to strength, independence, and lifelong badassery using the F2 Method, which we will be discussing today!
