Voted into Chicago’s top 25 wellness coaches (April ‘21 special edition Chicago Entrepreneur magazine), Marisa Moon is a National Board-certified Health & Wellness Coach, a certified Primal Health Coach Master Coach, an Intermittent Fasting Instructor, Podcast Host on The Foundation of Wellness, and writer for the Primal Health Coach Institute blog.
Starting in 2014, after struggling with frustrating digestive symptoms related to IBS, a Leaky Gut, a non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and possible SIBO, Marisa entered the field of nutrition by creating a blog called My Longevity Kitchen where she shared recipes that maximize nutrition and minimize toxins.
