This week's guest is the spunky, sassy, and beautiful Vaughn Pierro. Vaughn is based in Georgia and is a woman on a mission to help support women in their healing journeys through the practices of breath and energy work. If you look on her website and social media feeds you'll immediately see the magic that she creates in her group offerings and one-on-one sessions. I met Vaughn through the world of Instagram, which can be so impersonal. However, when we initially connected she took the time to send me an authentic message which led us to immediately feel the barriers drop. This is just who she is, which I am learning more and more through our Zoom and phone chats. Vaughn is just someone you adore and is no doubt having tremendous impact on the women she is working with.
