Welcome to Motivation Monday, where every Monday we answer all of your questions and have some real talks about life & fitness & get you fired up for the week! In this episode we talk about how to shed unwanted body weight, tracking calories in veggies and if personal trainers are worth it or not.

Question 1- I want to shed this unwanted weight fast. I don’t care if I lose muscle. Theoretically what’s the fastest way to make this happen?
