In the first half of this week's show I get to sit down with Nandini Austin, a Certified Ayurvedic Movement Coach. We hear about Nandini's journey to wellness, how Ayurveda impacts her life, what to consider from an Ayurvedic perspective in our transition to Autumn, how she developed Global Dance Fusion and where you can find her leading others in dance. She's leading a class during the O+ Festival on Saturday, October 7th at 2pm on Wall Street to kick of the ExpO+. You can sign up for her blog here.

In the second half of the show, Dahlia Jarrett returns to tell us about Kintsugi. A healing art form inspired by an ancient Japanese myth that allows practitioners to reconsider and embrace the parts of their life that feel broken. Dahlia is leading a Kintsugi workshop during the O+ Festival on Saturday, October 7th from 3-5pm. She's also participating in Rewind Kingston's Heart of Midtown Festival this weekend and is a regular practitioner with the Holistic Health Community. You can find Dahlia online here and email her at dahlialuckyarts@aol.com.

Today’s show was engineered by Ian Seda from Radiokingston.org.

Our show music is from Shana Falana!
