In today’s episode, we discuss whether you should cut weight, maintain weight, or gain weight and how to best set yourself up for success going down any of those paths by aligning it with the seasons of the year. Dieting is already an uphill battle as it is, so it may not make sense to be in a fat loss phase in the summer when you have more social events and travel going on. Whereas it may be easier to focus on maintaining your weight or improving skills like intuitive and mindful eating during the summer, winter could be a great time to consider bulking, building muscle, or increasing strength.

Josh and Chris share their personal preferences and approaches while providing lots of insight to help you decide when in the year it’s best to focus on fat loss, maintaining, or gaining depending on your individual goals and the mindset you're in to make it successful.
