Listen, we all love the holidays no matter what you may or may not celebrate the last two months of the calendar year typically do increase in family gatherings, social occasions, tasty foods, booze, deep regret about bringing up politics in front of Aunt Margeret even though you knew how it was going to end. But can you maintain your progress or even keep making progress when the last 8 weeks of the year are always a titillating mix of champagne truffles, office party faux pas and mashed potato volcanoes? We think that it can, yes. It may require some planning, maintaining your sensibilities and getting those reps in on acceptance and self-compassion.
