Your blood sugar will increase when you eat certain foods, carbohydrates, and protein, but how worried do we need to be about that? We all know that diabetes can wreak havoc on our health where glucose runs rampant in our bodies. But is it important to monitor how much your blood sugar spikes when you eat foods? Is that information going to help me make more personalised better nutritional choices?
Well, to be honest, I wouldn't necessarily say so, in this episode I dive into why exactly that is and the considerations to be made.
