This is a very juicy episode where Rach and Rachel go through literally everything you could possibly want to coach yourself through a muscle gain phase. There is so much bro-science out there about muscle gain that we wanted to put together an episode to cut through the noise, give you some real-life practical advice, reassure you on the things you are unsure if they are hearsay or relevant like leucine content, high-quality protein etc.
