Life is going well, and even better you feel like you FINALLY have a handle on your diet and your training. And yet there is the universe looming over you and you're struck down with random chaos. A speed bump in the road of life but it can feel like everything you've been working towards is thwarted and you're getting the tingling session of just giving up because "What's the point?" Although Rachel and Rachel won't be discussing the meaning of life, we're going to talk about some tips in persevering through an injury or illness where you do HAVE to take your foot off the gas pedal just a bit the difficulties that surround that.
