In this New Approach to Eating Disorders I tackle the important subject of Disordered Eating. The problem isn't about the food, interestingly. Eating is the way that the craving brain tries to create a distraction (a form of dissociation) to the problem of unresolved emotions - ones that are not able to be safety from childhood.
