Everyone writes off the last 6-7 weeks of the year. The candy rolls in over Halloween and carbs rule Thanksgiving to Christmas. The parties and the alcohol flow more than usual. So many people to see, things to do, and shopping to be done that our workouts become non-existant.
And then we show up January 1st. All stuffed full of food and liquor-logged with giant "pie in the sky" ideas that we are going to just cut out everything and start workout out 1-2 hours every day.
Until we don't. By January 4th or 5th.
Wake up from your nightmare of feeling like crap on January 1st. You still have time before 2024 gets here. You have time to add some control into your life before you lose it.
I have 10 ways and 10 things you can do to make sure you show up January 1st with no need to make crazy resolutions & promises to yourself. You don't have to do all 10, but even if you do 1-2 of them, you'll feel so much better about yourself when 2024 rolls in.
Stay on that midlife health ladies! It will save you years.
