This is the "meditative message" included at the end of Episode #9, for those of you who like to access the short meditations without having to forward through the episode. This meditation allows you to take a few short minutes to relax, breathe a little, and to reflect on the beauty that is your unique life, even with all the messy parts. It reminds us not to compare our lives to others, as we all experience difficult times, and some parts that we maybe even wish could be replaced, but its sometimes those 'messy stitches of life' that guide you through to a better place. Be open to the journey that is your unique life! I hope you enjoy it.
