As the UK goes into lockdown, now more than ever we need to practice daily self-care to keep our body, mind, and soul healthy. Self-isolation might be tricky, especially given the general anxiety in the world right now.

I share tips on how to practice different types of self-care that nourish your body, mind and soul.

Plus I share my quarantine routine to help add variety to the day that includes something for the mind, body, creativity, and rest.

I know it's a scary time, and I hope this podcast gives a tiny bit of reassurance and encouragement for those of your staying home. And even more so, I hope that any key workers listening might find some ideas to help them with any spare time they might have.
