If you have a goal of losing weight (this is true for any amount) CHANGE is going to be involved.

Here's the thing though... our human brains don't like change!

Our human brains' default setting is to interpret change as 'danger' and/or as 'un-safe'...

If you want to successfully arrive at your goal AND be able to maintain your results, it's going to be really important that you UNDERSTAND CHANGE, your brains response to change, and how to navigate it IN YOUR FAVOR.
