On this episode I share with you how to combat sleep difficulty when you are changing time zones with travel. It can be a stressful part of your travelling experience when you aren’t getting nourishing sleep which turns into anxiety…and then more bad sleep.

Learn the 3 main components that you can adjust accordingly to improve your sleep depending on your direction of travel…if you are traveling east or traveling west.

Daylight
Exercise
Food
