We know that pelvic floor conditions are underdiagnosed and undertreated with: 1 in 3 women experiencing urinary leakage 1 in 3 women experiencing pelvic organ prolapse 1 in 5 women suffering from pain with sex In this episode, pelvic floor physiotherapist Caitlin Pender talks about some of her top recommendations for preventing pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and prolapse throughout pregnancy and beyond.
