One of my favorite things about the health and wellness world is all of the different practitioners and offerings available. There is a vast number of resources and support systems – all here to help you on your journey.
Everyone is different and that means their needs are different. As a Health Coach, one of my roles is to guide clients to practitioners and resources that can help them in accomplishing their unique goals.
One of the primary reasons I wanted to start this podcast was to create a space where I could bring some of these amazing resources to you! Introduce them to you. Provide a space for them to teach you, to inspire you – to show you their areas of expertise.

Today, I have the privilege of introducing you to one of those people, Nurse Practitioner Paula Carlton. She has graciously offered to be a recurring guest on This is me at 50! She is a wealth of knowledge, a genuine soul and true gem in our community. We sat down and just started talking….I think we came up with about 100 episode topics in our first chat.
