When it comes to rest in your routine, you might feel like you don’t need it, and so because of that, you continue on auto-pilot going mock-90 with your hair on fire, until your body or mind starts to slow down and you have no choice. But there is no reason you should be waiting until things get this severe before you allow yourself to breathe and slow down a little. In fact, your body is regularly sending signals of what it needs and when, you just need to pay attention to it.

In today’s episode we are talking about those signals and then we are giving you tips on how to balance your productivity with rest to be able to do what you were meant to do on this planet with full vigor.
