Through the session, we work with the lower moving prana Apana. Helping to balance and bring some gentle movements into the body that will help it to function and become balanced again if we feel out of balance. This can be felt mentally, but also many physical alignments can be suffered one being around our bowls and belly area (constipation, bad belly etc...)
