There’s nothing worse than being in a training groove and then getting injured! It’s so frustrating and annoying. But the quicker you can switch your mindset from, these are all the things I can’t do to these are all the things I can still do, you’ll feel so much better mentally, and will probably speed up your recovery process as well.
