Yesterday, I was interviewed by the lovely Katie Carey for her Soulful Valley podcast. We talked about how both of our lives have evolved (on purpose!) since we met last year - Katie wrote in and published the first multi-author book I was in, and has done the same for Entangled No More, which will be launched on September 9th, in just over 2 weeks' time!!! One of the things that I mentioned yesterday was how I thought that there was something really wrong with me for SO MANY years, because I was called out for being too sensitive, so serious and not fun enough. I've always been intuitive. But hid this away from myself and the rest of the world for most of my life, again because of how I was made fun of when talking about it. Those days are over I'm very proud of my sensitivity, my emotional side and my intuitive gift I know there's absolutely nothing wrong with me, and that I'm here to help other people embrace their gifts Please come and support the book launch by joining our group - thank you xxx

She is one of the co-authors of Evolving on Purpose, an Amazon international best-selling book published by Soulful Valley and currently available as a paperback and e-book from Amazon, and soon available as an audio book. She is also the creator and producer of guided meditations and visualizations, and EFT (tapping) sequences, available on her YouTube channel.

She currently lives in the south of France, with her husband, 2 cats and close to her 3 adult children.
