Within the nutrition field food is often reduced to "fuel" or numbers. But it is so much more. Food is the basis of culture, tradition, religion. We celebrate life and lament death with food. We cannot continue to simplify and reduce it's importance in our lives if we hope to make lasting change. This podcast hopes to be an examination of all that food is.
