In today's busy world, we're bombarded with stuff all the time. And just like junk food can mess with our bodies, the things we let into our heads can mess with our minds.

Think about it: when we watch scary news, scroll through drama on social media, or get caught up in negative talk, it can make us feel pretty anxious.

But what if we paid more attention to what we let into our heads? What if we chose to focus on positive things instead of letting the negative stuff take over?
