This episode was inspired by an article I read, titled "Psychologist explains why everyone feels exhausted right now and it makes so much sense".

If you're feeling tired, exhausted, unmotivated, anxious or stressed, it could be because you haven't given yourself the chance to process and heal from all the things that have happened to you over the past number of years.

When we don't step back and become aware of all that we've been through (good or bad), when we don't process, and when we don't allow ourselves to heal, that's when all the feeling we've been ignoring build up in our body - leading to the tiredness, anxiety, and stress we're currently experiencing.

Take a listen to hear my thoughts about how to step back, and allow space for processing and healing to happen.
