– For 2 years now she no longer obsesses about food and only eating 1 to 2 meals a day has released so much stress and anxiety

– She started by doing 16 hours, for a week, then tried 18 hours and is now up to doing 24-hour fasts once to twice a week

– She now has clarity and focus that is so amazing and crazy at the same time

– From time to time, when people ask her what her secret is to anti aging or fat burning and she mentions IF'ing with Keto

– She does fasted hiit training and fasted weight lifting
