Thank you for joining us for another episode of the Low Carb MD Podcast. Joining us today is Dr. George Condrut who is a Family Medicine doctor practicing in Ottawa. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Ottawa in 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

George shares the story of how he discovered that fasting and low-carb dieting could be used to treat patients with obesity and metabolic disease. Dr. Condrut and Dr. Tro also discuss some of the older studies and research they had to uncover in order to discover the low-carb path to health.
