In this episode, I am facilitating YogaNidra practice. Many of the listeners have requested one more episode on YoganIdra. So here we are :) YogaNidra is often referred to as yogic sleep. YogaNidra is a guided relaxation practice. It involves lying down in a comfortable position while an instructor leads you through a systematic process of relaxation, body scanning, and deep breathing. This meditative state induces profound relaxation and awareness. The benefits of YogaNidra are simply amazing. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, making it an effective tool for relaxation and managing every day tensions. Regular practice can lead to improved sleep quality, offering relief to those suffering from insomnia. It enhances focus and mental clarity, making it a valuable aid for enhancing productivity and decision-making. Emotionally, YogaNidra promotes emotional balance and a sense of well-being. It can alleviate chronic pain and discomfort, providing a natural approach to pain management. This practice can stimulate creativity and enhance problem-solving abilities.
