You know when you're ticking along just fabulously with your healthy eating and healthy lifestyle plan? You're going along meal after meal, day after day, you're making great progress, the weight is coming off, your pants are getting looser and you're just doing fabulous.

But then.... something happens... and boom, you're off track.

It was so easy to get off track and then it turns into another long series of "I'll get back on track on Monday" and then it's next Monday, and then next Monday, and then the first of the month and then it's next Monday and all during the time you're still off track.
