Muzna began her journey as an overworked mother taking care of her kids, husband and mother without any time for her personal health. A sudden stroke that was suffered by her mother opened Muzna's eyes to the idea of being proactive about one's health. Her journey would take her down a path of discovery involving all the mental benefits that would come as a byproduct of taking care herself.

From nothing to full marathon, Muzna credits taking one step at a time. Biting off as much as she could chew. From walks to runs to learning about hydration and nutrition, now Muzna is a beacon of health for those around her. With the continued driver of health, Muzna uses her personal experiences to help those around her and in her community to take their first step to a path of better physical and mental health.
