From a former school teacher turned fitness professional; over the past seven years, Brian has become one of the most recognised faces in the Irish health and fitness industry.

In 2017, Brian published his first book The Fitness Mindset which spent 16 weeks on the Amazon best seller list. In December 2019, he published his second best selling book Rewire Your Mindset.

His philosophy is all about finding a nutritional plan that works for you as an individual and showing that your mindset around nutrition is more important than the actual diet plan you are on.
