In this episode of Change It Up Radio, we’re talking about tuning in to what lights us up so that we can make 2022 an amazing year where our dreams come true.

We are now a week into 2022, and it's undoubtedly a great time to set our sights on doing things differently than we ever have before. Or, perhaps taking a look at how we can tweak some of the things in our lives to make them better and even more effective.

There is so much opportunity amidst the fresh energy of a brand new year, but so often, we don't follow our bliss or step into what lights us up. We think we can't do what we truly want because it's not practical or it won't pay the bills. Even worse, we get so stuck on figuring out 'the how’ behind what we want, which only pushes us further and further off course from where we'd like to be.

The theme for our Fall season was Resiliency, and now as we move into a brand new year, I want to talk about our new theme: Light - being open to the light, enlightening ourselves, and lightening up. In this episode, I’m also going to talk about why New Year's resolutions can cause us to focus on failure more than success, and why a New Year Reset can be a much healthier and more positive approach to staying in alignment with our desires and making 2022 our best year yet!
