Going off to college brings a ton of life changes; and our body is a great buffer and protector. In this episode we chat about body development and changes that may occur during that first year away from home. Developing life skills related to sleeping, eating, stress, and activity are all part of the huge learning curve. Join me as I discuss each of those areas and some direction for managing it without diets, restrictions, and shame.
