ABOUT CHAD
Chad Northcott, MA, CCC
Chad’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed, integrative, and holistic. He utilizes training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and connecting with nature through Forest Therapy. These approaches are all built upon a foundation of Mindfulness training, and ways to bring greater awareness to our everyday functioning. Chad also has training in Direct Neurofeedback, which is seen as an adjunct to his other therapeutic work, and which has shown great promise for working with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, ASD, and PTSD. Chad balances his client load between working within the adult population and with youth.
