There are so many formulas; Some of them essential, and others…not as much. Rocket science…YES. Micromanaging the nutrition of a human being…more nuance required. Join me as we dive into some of the favorite formulas used within the science of nutrition, and how to frame, adjust, or disregard them in your unique life!
