Episode #95
Does where you go to college really matter? Is it even necessary to go to college at all to become successful? These are tough questions to answer. In this episode I talk about my thoughts on the recent college admissions scandal that is all over the news. At the end of the day I believe what dictates your success is internally your work ethic, who you’re surrounding yourself with, and the connections you make along the journey. Going to the most prestigious college in the world won’t make up for those things. A college is a business. Be smart. Don’t go into thousands of dollars in debt based on a “promising, successful future” they can’t deliver.
Enjoy The Show!
Takeaways
Hollywood doesn’t often cross paths with academia, but ever since the recent admissions scandal it’s shown light on how broken the college system really is. In this episode of What the Fat, I talk about my thoughts on the situation and share my opinion about college degrees and if they’re really necessary when it comes to achieving a successful career.
