Today’s Topic: Hi girls! For today’s episode, we will discuss the importance of accountability with your actions. We may have encountered a person who disappointed us with his promises or we may have been on the end that we have disappointed someone else because of our irresponsibility. Either way, you’ll learn a lot from this episode.

Being accountable goes a long way. Not only that you were able to do what is asked of you, but you also learn good habits and earn positive feedbacks. You earn trust, integrity, respect, and reliability from the individual involved. Learn how to say yes or no to a certain favor or commitment! Sometimes, we mistakenly agree on stuff that is beyond our capability and schedules. Be mindful of people around you.

May it be with a co-worker, a church mate, a friend, or a family member… remember to be accountable with you say you’re going to do!

Adventure of the week

Adventure of the Week: Here’s another peak to my Whole30 Elimination Diet experience! I’ll show what I eat, how I progress, and how I mostly struggle (just kidding!) Anyway, please make sure to give it a thumbs up and subscribe to easily be updated with the Adventures of the Week.

Crowns and Flops: Ready to hear my crowns and flops for this week? Well, I will not let you wait any longer. Here they are!

Crowning moment: It is very difficult to find a gift that my husband would love. But this time, I got lucky! I found him the greatest gift – I gave him the ultimate experience with an expert barber. I can still remember his happy face when he got the gift.

Flop: my Whole30 experience became Whole27. I know. I know. It is only three days away, there is no reason for me to give up. But, it was a Friday night with friends and there’s pizza! It was a choice I deliberately made. I felt the progress in my body from the diet and I honestly wanted to spend fun times with friends.
