In today's episode, I explore Chapter 4 of William Walker Atkinson's book, "Thought Vibration". This chapter is all about how we can take control of our low frequency emotions to live a conscious and intentional life, and be our Real Self no matter what is going on around us.

Originally published in 1908, "Thought Vibration" talks about concepts that we now know as neuroplasticity.
