How you start the day, is what determines your mindset for the entire rest of the day. Even when something chaotic, stressful, negative or unexpected happens (because chances are it will). Starting off with a positive mindset where you remind yourself that you get to choose how you respond to your daily challenges, will go a long way in ensuring that you’re responding in a way that is aligned with your best self, and it will help you deal with the irritations and annoyances and even the toxicity.
