Control is one small aspect that those with eating disorders struggle with on a day to day basis. Often those newer to the field or those who do not treat eating disorders on a regular basis can feel "control" is the underlying issue an individual with an eating disorder is struggling with. Control however is just the surface of deeper concerns that have to do with malnutrition and emotion dysregulation. Eating disorders go way beyond the need "to control." Meredith and Jill explore what "deeper" issues could be lurking beneath.
