Krystal Chong is a Holistic Anxiety Specialist. We talked about so many things on this episode from dealing with anxiety on a daily basis, to holistic options to changing negative mindsets that we tell ourselves.

Krystal was diagnosed with general anxiety at a level 9 out of 10 at the age of 14. She was told that with medication and luck she'd be able to get down to a 7 for the rest of her life. In her 20s she got to the point where she thought suicide was the only option. That day she made the shift to change her odds and her outcome became what it is today. She's been on a 20+ year journey to find healthy solutions to anxiety.

She has a book out called "What the Hell am I Supposed to do With My Life" (https://amzn.to/2ZjvDY0) that takes you through her journey of having paralyzing anxiety daily to waking up everyday energized and excited for life. I think one of the most important things with this episode and many others is that there are so many options to finding the resources and help you need for your optimal mental health. Whether that's medication, therapy, yoga, meditation, exercise, diet, Ketamine or all of the above, the important part is that you take your mental recovery into your own hands and use the resources available.
