It can be super frustrating and disappointing to continue trying to lose weight but it's just not happening. Maybe you even made a New Year's Resolution at the beginning of the year and that didn't last. Well you're not alone on that. Most people only get through until January 14! But now we're heading into summer and we only have so much time left in the year. If you want to reach your goal weight before the end of the year you CAN actually do this, if you have 60 pounds or less to lose, depending on when you're reading this.
