I know what it's like to have the best of intentions when you want to lose weight but then one or two days in and you're veering off into the same unhealthy eating habits that put the weight on in the first place. It's a really big challenge, I know! But the problem is, if we give into the desire for the instant gratification that food can give, then how do you ever end up getting to your goal weight?
