This week, Drew welcomes the Co-Founder of the Metabolic Effect, Dr. Jade Teta. Dr. Teta took the traditional route to medicine, first studying Biochemistry and then on to medical school. But, he found the curriculum lacking in nutrition and exercise. He knew lifestyle medicine was the best route to treating patients so he attended a university which specializes in Naturopathy.

Dr. Teta shares how he has helped over 10k clients to make their metabolism work for them, how weight loss is a biochemical and psychological experience and how to use buffer foods to keep your body from elevated stress levels.

Drew is a dedicated fitness professional but also an accomplished public speaker. If you would like to have Drew share his intimate experience with empathy at your next corporate event or outing send an email to info@fit2fat2fit.com and if you like this podcast subscribe & review it on iTunes | Stitcher.
