Nike has almost a decade of experience working in African family businesses, as a NextGen in her parents’ businesses and also as a co-Founder of several others. After graduating from University College London, United Kingdom, with a degree in Economics in 2008, Nike worked at Deloitte London for 3 years in Corporate Tax International where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Thereafter in 2011, she relocated to Lagos, Nigeria to work in her family’s businesses. She is the co-founder of African Family Firms, a pan-African association of family businesses, and the author of “Building Resilient Family Enterprises”. She is a member of Family Firm Institute.
