Two brain surgeries later and little improvement to his daily seizures, he stubbled upon a keto influencer on Instagram, Josh Perry. Miles started Josh’s diet and fitness program and his life completely flipped upside-down. He went 2 months without a seizure for the first time in three years and adopted a whole new perspective on life. On this episode of What The Fat, we talk about Miles’ journey, how he maintains a positive mindset, and his big goals for the future.
