Episode #101

Miles Sullivan’s life changed when he was just 20 years old and started to experience feelings of vertigo and light headedness. After many doctor visits with no answers, Miles finally got an MRI only to find he had a brain tumor. Two brain surgeries later and little improvement to his daily seizures, he stubbled upon a keto influencer on Instagram, Josh Perry. Miles started Josh’s diet and fitness program and his life completely flipped upside-down. He went 2 months without a seizure for the first time in three years and adopted a whole new perspective on life. On this episode of What The Fat, we talk about Miles’ journey, how he maintains a positive mindset, and his big goals for the future.

Enjoy the show!
